The unknown is where God begins
I read these words and they resonated deep within my spirit. This a been a constant theme in my life – walking into the unknown. If I truly sat back and thought about all of the times I’ve faced the unknown, I would lose count. But through every one of these journeys that have led one to another, God has never let go of my hand. It makes me wonder why I ever worry at all because he has literally never let me down.
I remember singing along to Tauren Wells’ song Never Gonna Let Me Go last summer and how that song along with Hills and Valleys basically became my anthems. They were my hearts prayer in song.

I was listening to his album at work one day as I filed papers and it occurred to me that these very words I sang all last summer, the song that was my hearts prayer. I am living it this summer. God answered my prayer.
Everything is unknown but it is okay because my Abba knows me better than I know myself. The unknown, though, it is scary. And even when I think that I am being brave sometimes, it is not enough. That is where God comes in. So, I will keep trusting and taking it one step (or class) at a time. Thanks for holding on to me Abba, my life will always be in your hands… (see what I did there)💜💛
