Fun Fact #10: Books πŸ˜πŸ’•

Anyone who knows me knows that books make me happy. I have been a fan of reading for a long time. My Grammy who was seriously my best friend on this earth taught me how to read when I was really little and every Saturday morning we would read the bible. She was always reading, either her bible or a book and while I saw my mom read a lot when I was little I read with Grandma Loretta a lot.

As I got older, my love of reading increased. I spend a great deal of my time reading books, eBooks, etc. I have been trying to be more disciplined and read one book at a time (it’s tough). So that is one of my goals for this year.

For this final fact of the challenge, here are some of my favorites:

  • Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
  • Just Listen by Sarah Dessen
  • This Lullaby by Sarah Dessen
  • The House of Night Series by PC and Kristin Cast
  • Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe
  • The Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer
  • A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare
  • The Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis
  • The Problem of Pain by CS Lewis
  • The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

I could keep going but I’d probably never stop. What are some of your favorite books?

Also, since it’s January and I am a few days late on posting – this week has been one for the books – I am also going to introduce something new.
