So, I don’t know if I ever said just how much I love sports, exercise and fitness. I know I’ve mentioned it in passing but it really is a pretty significant part of my life.
Story time:
For most of my life but even more so in the last 5 or so years I have realized that if I could spend my life, reading, writing, traveling and working out I would be content.
In the last year I have realized that traveling is more of a hobby and while I’d love the freedom to travel often, I don’t really want to travel for work unless necessary. I’ve learned that reading and writing is how I relax and if it were my job I may not do it as much. Well, I’d gladly write as a job or for free because I can’t not write but read…no. Reading is my happy place outside of the gym.
So when I picture my dream career, I am a successful strength coach and writer.
Well, I can’t be either if I don’t take the first step.
Which brings us here.
I’ve written exercise related posts before but none where the focus is exercise. I won’t keep you long as I only intend to introduce my new endeavor to you.
