Anyone who knows me knows that I am a writer. I have kept a journal or notebook since I was a kid. It is how I express my thoughts and clear my head when I need to. It is also a big part of how I pray. So when I have my Stasia+Abba time it almost always includes writing in some way.
It is important that I take this time at least once a day because if I don’t my mood reflects that.
Here are some things I do during my Stasia+Abba time:

- Read one of my Youversion reading plans (I try to make this the first thing I do on my phone each day)
- Write in my notebook (because writing letters to my Abba make me so happy 😊)
- Listen to or watch a sermon on YouTube (I watch Steven Furtick from Elevation Church, Bishop TD Jakes of the Potters House Dallas, Sarah Jakes Roberts of the Potters House One Church LA, and Pastor Mike Todd from Transformation Church the most but there are others I like as well)
- Listen to worship music (My playlist includes Jonathan McReynolds, Tauren Wells, Elevation Worship, Anthony Brown, Tori Kelly, and Fred Hammond just to name a few)
- Bible lettering/Journaling (I bought myself a Journaling Bible a few years ago and I am completely in love with it!)
Do you take time out of your day for it currently? If not why? If yes, how do you meditate or spend your daily quiet time?
